Cut a piece of stabilizer to fit hoop size. Make sure adhesive side faces up. Lightly moisten the stabilizer surface with a controlled applicator - A foam paintbrush, stamp moistener or a damp sponge. Lay item to be embroidered on top of the hooped Wet 'N' Set and smooth out any wrinkles. If needed, re-position by re-moistening lightly where fabric meets the stabilizer-and gently peel item away. After stitching, gently remove excess stabilizer.
